Ingredients
- 400g Savoiardi
- 4 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 300g Mascarpone
- 130ml Espresso
- Cocoa Powder
Instructions:
- In a Blender, mix all the Savoiardi Biscuits in a fine powder
- Add
- 4Tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 300g Mascarpone
- 130ml Espresso
- Mix by hand until completely homogenous
- Make small balls and roll them in some Cocoa powder, then place them on a plate
- Put in the fridge for a bit before consumption, ideally overnight
- Serve!
