Tiramisu Balls

Ingredients

  • 400g Savoiardi
  • 4 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 300g Mascarpone
  • 130ml Espresso
  • Cocoa Powder

Instructions:

  1. In a Blender, mix all the Savoiardi Biscuits in a fine powder
  2. Add
    1. 4Tbsp Powdered Sugar
    2. 300g Mascarpone
    3. 130ml Espresso
  3. Mix by hand until completely homogenous
  4. Make small balls and roll them in some Cocoa powder, then place them on a plate
  5. Put in the fridge for a bit before consumption, ideally overnight
  6. Serve!
