Ingredients
- 55g Brown Sugar
- Pinch Ground White Pepper
- 18g Sesame Oil
- 48g Mirin
- 64g Honey
- 1 Pear
- 120ml Soy Sauce
- 6 Cloves of Garlic
- 3 Green Onions
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl with the pear finely blended, the Garlic Cloves Minced and the Green Onions finely chopped.
- Add the meat and let marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
