Bulgogi Marinade

Ingredients

  • 55g Brown Sugar
  • Pinch Ground White Pepper
  • 18g Sesame Oil
  • 48g Mirin
  • 64g Honey
  • 1 Pear
  • 120ml Soy Sauce
  • 6 Cloves of Garlic
  • 3 Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with the pear finely blended, the Garlic Cloves Minced and the Green Onions finely chopped.
  2. Add the meat and let marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Changes

  1. Do not blend the Garlic and Green Onions
